Leathertlc reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.
When you place an order via the website we will send to you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Leathertlc.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Leathertlc will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless leathertlc notifies you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained on this website is correct and up-to-date. However, Leathertlc disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out-of-date or incomplete. Leathertlc cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Leathertlc is not responsible for this site’s accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the content of any other website to which this site links to. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Leathertlc aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If the price changes between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of leathertlc and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted over SSL through a secure web server.
These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. 2.ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgment, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.1 All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance, and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
4.CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, for a full refund, please notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, providing the product is unused and the packaging unopened. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds or exchanges in the case that the product has been used or opened. Our delivery costs and the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
4.3 You have the right to reject the item at the point of delivery for a refund, but, in the event that the item is not returned because it is damaged, you will still be charged for the delivery; the same applies in the event that: it is rejected exclusively because the order has been part-shipped.
4.4 Returns will be refunded/credited upon receipt of the goods to our warehouse.
4.5 If you open a delivery to find it is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, enclosing photographic evidence wherever possible. Damages and faults not notified within this time period can only be handled at our discretion unless a manufacturer’s warranty applies.
4.6 We can not accept return claims for damaged or faulty items after 30 days of delivery, in accordance with your statutory rights.
4.7 Goods ordered and delivered specifically to the buyer’s instruction, then subsequently returned or rejected for reasons other than faulty manufacture, may be subject to a supplier’s restocking fee of up to 15% of the goods’ retail value, plus the cost of expenses incurred by LeatherTLC, including delivery, even if the order is above £75 in value.
The provisions of the above clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
